Training Plans

At Training in Motion we are not a believer in a one-size fits all approach to training. Our bespoke training plans are ideal for runners who are looking for an individualised training plan, without the on-going commitment of working closely with a coach week-by-week.

The process will begin with an initial consultation (email or phone) to discuss all aspects of your training to ensure the bespoke plan fits within your lifestyle. Following this a 12 week training plan is designed incorporating all aspects including strength, mobility and recovery sessions. The plan is then sent to you.
